Issuu is more of a publication site where you can publish your work, preferably in PDF format but other formats like Word is also accepted. You must learn to access other people’s uploaded work (Relevant to Your Own) and then save, share or like the piece. Much like reading an eBook, but as with all these sites you need to get recognized through valuable engagement.
