Affiliate Traffic with Facebook Ads.
Follow these simple steps to place Facebook ads (with affiliate links) by leveraging classified ads. Because you want to get exposure for your affiliate marketing efforts. By creating Facebook pages and a free membership on a popular classified ads site. With a lot of US traffic.
Actively you will not be sending traffic directly to an affiliate link. Although you will use Facebook to drive traffic. But rather to a classified ad containing a cloaked link.
With this method the classified ad image (banner, personal design, etc) displays as the Facebook ad image.
While integrating with Facebook pages. Facebook ads are placed by a certain Facebook page and not an individual. Because it is a perfect way to laser target any audience. Based on location, age and gender.

Affiliate Links in Facebook Ads.
Affiliate Marketing and Facebook ads may turn out rather challenging. Especially with raw affiliate links. Let me guess, your links get flagged and you cannot post. Images don’t display properly. And a list of failures.
Be it Facebook ads, pages or groups. Raw affiliate links however are but part of the problem. Placing Facebook ads require an impressive presentation. If your image or video does not create curiosity. You will spend a fortune on getting clicks.
Followed by little to no conversion. This Facebook Ads “hack” involves Facebook pages. Along with classified ads (placed on the right classified ads site). So, keep reading to follow my lead.
Facebook is currently number 3 on the Top 100 list of most visited websites. And it may come as a shock…or not. But YouTube is currently number 1. Both doing better than Google itself.
Facebook for Outstanding Ads.
Therefore, Facebook is an excellent advertising platform. You’re just approaching it wrong. Facebook ads and affiliate links have a few loopholes. Which starts with link cloaking.
You may want to cloak affiliate links with Bitly (for this to work). Or if you have your own WordPress blog. Use a plugin called Pretty Links Lite.
Another “catch” is that even many cloaked affiliate links still get flagged. And you cannot post to pages nor groups or even in your Facebook feed. Not to mention Facebook ads, right?
Because you need something. Standing between your link and Facebook ad. And you can use this (free) strategy to do just that. Then get Facebook to send you offers to promote your ads.
Because now they come from a classified ad and not an affiliate link. Social networking for affiliate marketing is nothing more than. Tiny objective steps in the right direction.
Create Interesting FaceBook Pages.
Facebook is on track to make over $4 billion in revenue this year from advertising. Someone’s clicking. How do you get them to click your ads? More importantly, how do you get them to buy your product? – Source
Step one of this leveraging tactic with Facebook ads. You will need your own Facebook page. And this involves quite a bit of work. Because this is your chance to create curiosity. Familiarize yourself with your audience through compelling content.
If you do not have a Facebook page yet. Then just follow the easy steps to create one. Even search for YouTube. There are hundreds of videos on how to do that.
Although you still need to focus on keyword and search phrase placements. Much like a blog. Because everything you do online depend on which audience you reach. You may find that a lot less “visitors” result in a lot more “sales”.
Editing and Design Tools.
Use a tool called Canva for image editing. And capture your audience with the presentation. Remember that your Facebook page logo appears in the ad. Create a Facebook page cover image (around 820 x 312).
And focus on precisely what the Facebook page is about. In fact, both the cover images and logos should indicate this clearly.
But don’t stop with only one Facebook page. Just master the skill and create multiple Facebook pages. Even create a Facebook group for each page individually. Then make the page part of the group admin.
Link Cloaking and Pretty Links Lite.
Cloaking affiliate links is extremely important for Facebook posts and ads. And can easily be done in two ways (2 of many). One being sites like Bitly and TinyURL.
But the other method is with a WordPress plugin called Pretty Links Lite. Providing you have your own blog and hosted domain.
With URL shorteners like Bitly and TinyURL for Facebook posts. Simply follow the easy steps to cloak any affiliate link. While with Bitly you can edit the URL slug. That way you know for which affiliate offer the link is.
Tracking affiliate link traffic is important. Because it’s the only way to determine which products convert better for you.
It’s important to understand the different Facebook ad types and targeting options before you dive in if you want to get the best results. – Source
With Pretty Links Lite simply install the plugin from WordPress Dot Org. It has both a free and upgrade version. And an excellent tool for tracking clicks and unique clicks. Then simply follow the steps and cloak your links for Facebook ads.
Because this cloaking method redirects to your blog domain. And with the https protocol enabled. Now displays the affiliate offer as a secure site.
Always remember that you can get help to do pretty much anything online. Right in front of you on YouTube. Therefore simply decide what you want to do (launch a Facebook page, Create a classified ad) and search YouTube.
Classified Ads for Affiliate Links and Facebook Post.
The site is called “The Free Ad Forum Dot Com”. Simply sign up for your free membership and you can place classified ads immediately. Because if you already have YouTube channels and videos. You’re going to enjoy this classified ad site a bit more.
Because you can include the URL to your video in the classified ad. But always share more than just a link. Draw your visitor’s attention to a specific subject. Leverage subject lines and descriptions.
Upload clear images (600 x 600 works rather well) and use them to create curiosity.
Use an attention-grabbing classified ad title and description. While with the description apply extra effort within the first 4 lines. The image and first 4 lines will either turn a visitor away. Or convert an impression into a link click.
Because to the bottom of the add, there is an option for “website” and “keywords”. This is where you include your (cloaked) affiliate link. And the keywords most relevant to your classified ad.
Because you will have options to “highlight” the ad and “move to the top”. Along with “mark as Premium” and the 3 in 1 pack. Each of these individually will cost a mere $5 for a 90-day display. Therefore, that’s 3 months of advertising a classified ad for $5.
The process is easy. Facebook allows users to target audiences through self-serve tools and it gives them analytics reports that track the performance of each ad. – Source
Combining Facebook Classified Ads.
Because with your Facebook page and classified ad created. You’re now ready to put this into motion. Simply scroll down your classified ad to find the social share buttons. The selection includes Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Although Google+ is no longer available for the consumer (personal) and brand accounts. Start with sharing the classified ad on Facebook.
In the top left-hand corner access the drop-down menu from “Share to News Feed Story”. Then click on “Share on a Page You Manage”. Simply select the page you wish to share it on then click “Post to Facebook” at the bottom.
Soon you will see posts from Facebook (only you can see). With great offers to reach large laser targeted audiences. Effectively your Facebook page posts can now objectively send traffic to affiliate links. And simply visiting your classified ad first.
Turning a Visitor into a Buyer.
You have 3 opportunities to turn a visitor into a buyer. The ad image, title, and description. Make this compelling and create curiosity. Also be creative and be inspired for this method to work. Address a need and suggest an obvious solution.
Therefore you must convince your visitor that this here is exactly what they have been looking for.
