The more popular your website or blog. Ultimately the faster it will rank in search engines.
As far as domain age is concerned. Consider the domain name you want to use for your blog. Even if you’re not ready to launch a blog yet. Just purchase your domain name and park the domain. You do not need any hosting now.

Remember that every indexed URL. Is just the primary domain with a slug area. And by converting your affiliate links this way. Will result in the link being indexed in search engines.
